Aim of the project

This project aims at providing QoS related services into the Linux kernel. The software functionality is based on a patch to the kernel, that embeds into the Linux scheduler a generic extension mechanism. Then, a set of kernel modules exploit such mechanism in order to provide soft Real-Time scheduling policies inside the Linux kernel.
